Yuxiang Pork

Wash the green onions, ginger, garlic, carrots and black fungus, shred them, and set aside!

Shred the tenderloin, add a little salt and light soy sauce, (I am a mother-to-be, so I didn’t put cooking wine, my favorite friend added some cooking wine), beat in the egg whites, stir well, and finally add tender meat powder to stir well, and then pour A little sesame oil on the shredded pork, set aside!
