Yuxiang Pork

Cut the pork into shreds, shredded mushrooms, fungus and carrots

Add salt, cornstarch and rice wine to the pork and marinate for a few minutes

Mix half a packet of fish-flavored pork seasoning with 30 grams of water and mix thoroughly

Heat up a wok, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat to about 40% of the oil temperature, pour in shredded pork and stir-fry for half a minute

Add shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded wood ears and shreds of carrots, stir-fry for 1 minute on high heat
