I used to go to the fast-fried department when I had no appetite at school and eat this dish. It's very appetizing, and I have always missed the taste of school, so I learned to fry it by myself!

Yuxiang Pork

1. Shred pork, add salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, chicken powder, less egg whites, less sesame oil!

2. Haired fungus and shredded

5. Add oil to the hot pan, stir-fry the shredded pork, and pick it up!
