Ingredients

Yuxiang Pork

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the pork loin into shredded pork, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1g salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of starch, and marinate for 20 minutes to taste.

3. Shred carrots, black fungus, and hot peppers. Set aside.

4. 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch to make the sauce for later use.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan, add shredded pork and stir fry.

6. Serve the shredded pork after turning white.

7. Re-boil the oil, add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, stir fry to get the red oil, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.

8. Add the side dishes and continue to stir fry.

9. Add pork shreds and stir fry.

10. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry.

11. Just sprinkle a little salt to taste before serving.
