Yuxiang Tofu

Half a catty of tofu,

Cut the tofu into long strips,

Shred or slice pork,
4.
Put the bean paste paste into the oil pan for oiling,

Put the pork into the oil pan and fry until cooked,

Put in the oily tofu strips, add some salt and stir well.

Then add the bean paste and fish flavour powder to increase the fragrance,

Finally, stir in MSG and stir well. Serve.

Serve with Yuxiang Tofu.
