Tofu with a little salt and blanched water

Fish out into cold water

Shred carrots, shredded fungus

Put oil in a pot and heat it for 60 to 70%, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant

Add carrot shreds and fungus shreds

Add tofu and fry until the surface is slightly yellow

Pour in the sauce, stir fry, add the chives

Tips:
1. The tofu must be boiled, and some salt is added to the water so that the tofu will not break
2. It's better if there are bamboo shoots
