Yuzhu Old Pigeon Soup

Yuzhu Old Pigeon Soup

1. Put a few slices of ginger in a pot under cold water

2. Put the pigeon into the saucepan and add the prepared spices

3. Turn to medium heat and simmer for an hour and a half

4. Add longan and wolfberry before serving

5. Add some salt to taste
