Pick and wash the mushrooms, and tear the large Xiuzhen mushrooms into small pieces;

Cut the jade tofu into 1cm thick slices, sprinkle a little bit of fine salt, and evenly pat the starch on both sides.

Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides. Be careful when frying. Yuzi tofu is very easy to break, but after being fried with starch, it is not so easy to break. Use chopsticks to flip gently and take out the pot in batches.
