Zero Oily Smoke: Grilled Eggplant

Wash the shallots, and chop the scallions separately

Put all the seasonings in the accessories into a bowl, put only half of the green onion

Wash and remove the stalks of the eggplant, cut into thin slices, about 5 mm thick

Put the eggplant slices into the seasoning bowl

The rest of the eggplants are dipped in the seasoning, and then spread flat on the baking tray

Preheat the oven up and down at 200 degrees

Put the baking tray into the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes

Put in the remaining green onion in the middle, and wait for the "ding" prompt to sound, and the eggplants can be grilled.
Tips:
1. The baking time varies with the oven, and the baking time can be extended/shortened appropriately;
