Tips:
1. The rice that has just been cooked in the microwave is soft and grainy, which is very suitable for fried rice, and there is no need to soak the rice in advance. Sometimes in order to save the use of overnight rice, the taste is slightly worse, and the taste of rice with less water is too hard.
2. When frying the curry chicken, don't fry it for too long, it will lose moisture and the chicken will become chaotic.
3. The rice that has just been taken out must be loosened, otherwise it will become one.
4. Fried rice should have a moderate amount of oil.
5. Pay attention to the order of adding dishes. The onion is added first to increase the aroma, and the cucumber is added last, which is refreshing. Otherwise, it will have the flavor of raw onion, and after the cucumber is fried, the fragrance will not be good.
