Zizania Straw Mushroom in Oyster Sauce

Prepare oyster sauce, tear open shallots and soak them in clear water to let them curl naturally, prepare garlic slices

Wash the water chestnuts, remove the muddy roots of the straw mushrooms, and wash them.

Slice separately

When the water in the pot is boiled, add some salt, pour in the straw mushrooms and bamboo shoots

Heat the pan with warm oil and add garlic slices until fragrant

Add straw mushrooms and rice whites, stir fry to taste, add cooking wine

Add oyster sauce

Stir continuously until all the ingredients are covered with oyster sauce

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan

Add green onions and serve
Tips:
1. The whole dish is seasoned with oyster sauce. Don't add other seasonings or it will be salty.
2. Adding cooking wine can remove the taste of mushrooms
