Zucchini Cake
1.
Wash the zucchini and slice it diagonally
2.
Cut filaments according to the picture
3.
Cut the whole zucchini into thin strips (the finer the cut, the flatter the pancake will be)
4.
Put the chopped filaments into a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt (can be increased or decreased according to your own taste), 1 gram of five-spice powder (actually only put a little bit of five-spice powder, not sure how much)
5.
This season's zucchini is tender and can pinch the water out, so it is good to be watered, and it will be in this state in less than two minutes after mixing.
6.
Beat in two eggs and a small half bowl of flour
7.
Whipped into a squishy state in the picture
8.
After the electric baking pan is hot, spread a thin layer of oil, scoop a spoonful of thinner and spread it evenly (you can preheat the electric baking pan for 5 minutes during the preparation of the above ingredients), and cover the lid of the electric baking pan
9.
About 2 minutes or so, you can turn it over and sear the other side.
10.
On the other side, you can bake it out for about 2 minutes, and repeat the process to bake the thin cakes in four times.
Tips:
In fact, when I bought the electric baking pan last year, I wanted to make okra omelettes. I didn’t expect it took so long to complete the debut of the electric baking pan. Before making it, I was worried that it would be unsuccessful or the appearance was not so beautiful, so I bought it. A little zucchini, I didn't expect it to be very successful in the end. I was secretly delighted when I first turned it over. In the future, spinach cakes, okra cakes, etc. can be derived in the same way, saving time, effort and health. From then on, I embark on the road of healthy dinner.
Looking forward to losing weight all the way. . . Hahahaha
