There is an old saying that if you don't lose weight in March, you will be sad in April. However, every time I go back from get off work to buy vegetables and cook, the time to eat is usually around 8 o'clock. It is difficult to eat so late, not to lose weight, let alone lose weight.

6. Beat in two eggs and a small half bowl of flour
