Zucchini Eggs

Wash the zucchini stalks and shred it.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for about ten minutes.

Then squeeze out the excess water after marinating and pour it out.

Take a saucepan, pour some olive oil into the pan after it is hot, pour in the zucchini after squeezing the water, and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes on medium and low heat.

Then put in the sprouts.

Leave the center of the zucchini shreds and beat in the eggs.

Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.
8.
Fry the eggs to your liking and then they can be out of the pan.
