Zucchini Fried Shrimp

Wash the ingredients and thaw the ice shrimp. Scallion ginger garlic slices.

Cut zucchini and carrot into semi-circular slices.

Add shrimp and ginger slices and fry until the shrimp skin is crispy and overflowing with red oil.

Serve the fried shrimps and set aside.

Keep the shrimp sauce in a saucepan.

Add zucchini and carrots to fry, add seasonings to taste.

Finally, add the shrimps and mix thoroughly, then take it out of the pot.
