Soak the millet in water when you go to sleep. Generally soak for about 3 hours.

In the morning, add appropriate amount of water and five-spice powder to the soaked millet and grind it into a rice milk with a wall-breaking machine. I added five-spice powder to save trouble. It is better to use sauteed star anise pepper to grind with the millet
