Pasta lovers are starting to scream for noodles again, this time the eggplant stew noodles, I highly recommend it! The taste is amazing, and it only takes 10 minutes. Fat and thin pork, soft eggplant, slightly spicy green pepper, noodles full of soup. Sucking, so satisfying~

1. Cut the eggplant into pieces with a hob, and cut the green pepper into pieces

2. Adjust soul sauce: 1 spoon of sugar: 3 spoons of light soy sauce: 1 spoon of soy sauce: 1 spoon of oil consumption: 1 spoon of starch: 1 bowl of water

3. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and minced garlic over low heat until fragrant
