Abalone Sauce and Radish

Peel the white radish and cut into small pieces. (It can be a hob block, or it can be pressed into a shape of the same size with a mold)

Tips:
Super long-winded:
1. It is generally recommended to simmer the radish in advance and leave it for 1-2 hours, so that the abalone juice can fully enter the radish, and the taste will be better;
2. The radish may not be cut into a round shape, and a hob block is also suitable.
3. Although radish is good, it is not suitable for everyone. People with cold stomach should control the amount they eat.
