Air-dried Barbecued Pork

1. 1000 grams of lean pork, cut into long strips. Seasoning: refined salt, brown sugar water, starch, chili powder, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, cumin powder.

2. Put the cut thin inner strips into a bowl, pour in all the seasonings and knead them evenly by hand for 1-2 days.

3. The marinated meat is skewered and hung in a ventilated place.

4. Dry.

5. Let it dry for about 20 days.

6. Air-cured lean bacon. If your family is making smoked bacon, you can put the cured lean bacon on the smoking tower and smoke it for 2 hours to make it more fragrant and more bacon flavor.
