Alfalfa Pork Dumplings

Ingredients: Alfalfa, pork, sesame oil, salt, onion, ginger, chicken essence, five-spice powder, soy sauce flour

Tips:
The alfalfa should be fresh and tender, and the alfalfa head should be pinched off, or the part is not tasty. When the alfalfa is blanched, it should not be boiled for a long time and it changes color quickly.
