Rinse ginger smashed, angelica, and wolfberry

After boiling, remove the green onion knots and add the wolfberry

Tips:
1. Because the old hen is used, the stewing time is very long, which is 3 hours, so be sure to add a sufficient amount of water! (So as not to remove the lid and add water in the middle) I used about 1200ml of water. I didn't remove the lid during this period. When the stew was done, the soup evaporated about 5/1, and the shape of the chicken was still intact, and it was not boiled away;
2. The function of green onions is to remove fishy, you can choose to use green onions;
3. Codonopsis, red dates, astragalus, etc. can also be added to this soup.
