Cut the soaked vermicelli into three sections and prepare the minced meat.

Heat up the pot, pour in some cooking oil, add minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms and sauté until fragrant, then add minced meat and fry until white, then add bean paste and soy sauce and fry until fragrant.

Pour water into the pot, add vermicelli, chicken essence, salt, and white pepper and fry until delicious.
4.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly.
