When the water boils, add the sweet potato vermicelli you bought and cook until the vermicelli is cooked through.

Cut the bought pork into finely pieces and set aside.

Chop the green onion, garlic and chili and set aside.

When the oil is boiled, add the minced meat and stir-fry it to mature.

When the minced meat is ripe, add the chopped ingredients, fry the flavor, then add the dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

When the minced meat is fried, add the cooked vermicelli and stir-fry evenly.

After the vermicelli is evenly colored, add a small amount of garlic and chopped green onions, stir fry, and add salt.

After the vermicelli is fried, put it on a plate, put the remaining chopped green onions, and enjoy.
Tips:
It is better to have coriander instead of chopped green onions.
