In fact, this is a modified ant climbing the tree. Since I didn't like all kinds of sauces and couldn't eat spicy food, I improved it.

Ants on The Tree

1. Prepare the ingredients for use. Marinate the pork with a small amount of sweet potato powder, a small amount of salt and two or three drops of soy sauce for 10 minutes! Remember not to put too much sweet potato powder, if you put too much, you will feel that the pork is all sweet potato powder, but it is not delicious!

2. Soak the noodles for half an hour, then put them in boiling water for a while. It doesn’t take too long. I probably boil the water and let it go for about 10 seconds. I will turn off the fire. If the sweet potato noodles are too cooked, it will be easy to rot later. May stick together

3. Heat the oil and then put the garlic and carrots down first

4. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Pour the cabbage down. Fry until the cabbage becomes soft and becomes almost cooked. Then add salt.

5. Then pour the sweet potato powder and fry for about 20 seconds

6. Pour down the egg and meat that I prepared earlier. Since I forgot to take the photos of the egg and meat just now, I just started to fry the meat and then serve it. The eggs are the same!

7. Then it will be ready to cook for about 30 seconds. Since the salt added just now is relatively small, when it is almost cooked, I add some soy sauce, I am afraid it will be too weak!

Tips:

This one is more suitable for people with a light taste!
