Ants on the tree is a very popular home-cooked dish. As long as my family makes this dish, it will definitely be the first one to be CD-ROM. This time I used mung bean fans, which is more suitable for summer!

Ants on The Tree

1. Mung bean vermicelli soak in cold water to soften

2. Minced meat and chopped green onion

3. Hot oil pan

4. Stir-fried minced pork

5. Pour in a bowl of water and pour some light soy sauce

6. Put in salt

7. Add chicken powder and mix well

8. Put the vermicelli in the pot after boiling, stir it with a spatula

9. Boil until the juice is slightly collected. Just sprinkle in chopped green onion

Tips:

1. If the fans do not soak enough, put more water.
2. If you like a darker color, you can use soy sauce instead of light soy sauce.
