This Arctic Shrimp and Sausage Rice Cake Pot is actually similar to a dry pot. It is to fry the hard-to-cook ingredients first, then put all the ingredients in the casserole and cook them over a medium-to-small fire. It's very simple, but very delicious!
The Arctic shrimp used here was bought online from COFCO I bought. Arctic shrimp has always been a kind of shrimp that my family prefers. Its sweet and salty taste, even if it is not cooked, and eaten directly after thawing, it is already delicious.
This time I made a very simple casserole with Arctic prawns, sausages, rice cakes, and various other vegetables. I used a little pepper oil. It was the finishing touch. It was super delicious. The garlic was fragrant and flavorful. !
The casserole is most suitable for cold autumn and winter. I always want to be lazy, but I still think that every meal has something delicious. Come on, this dish is for you. Simple and delicious!

17. Pour the mixed ingredients into the casserole.
Cover the lid and simmer on medium-low heat until the ingredients are cooked. Turn off the heat. If you are afraid of scorching, use a small fire.

18. Pour a little sesame oil before serving.

19. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onion.

Tips:

Arctic prawns, rice cakes, sausages, and green peppers are all easily cooked ingredients, so first cook potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and other slightly slow-cooking ingredients, and fry them until half-cooked. If there is no pepper oil, you can boil the oil with pepper. Pour cold oil into the pot, add the pepper, heat it on low heat until the oil is fragrant, and then remove the pepper.
