Arctic Shrimp and Sausage Rice Cake in Claypot

Thaw the Arctic shrimp at room temperature in advance and wash.

Wash the rice cakes and slice them.

Wash the green peppers and cut into shreds.

Chop garlic into pieces, cut ginger into thick shreds, and cut green onions into sections.

Tips:
Arctic prawns, rice cakes, sausages, and green peppers are all easily cooked ingredients, so first cook potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and other slightly slow-cooking ingredients, and fry them until half-cooked. If there is no pepper oil, you can boil the oil with pepper. Pour cold oil into the pot, add the pepper, heat it on low heat until the oil is fragrant, and then remove the pepper.
