1. Peel the potatoes and cut into long strips

2. Soak in salt water for 10 minutes, take it out, wipe dry the moisture on it

3. Prepare appropriate amount of shallot oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and red chili powder and mix well

4. Mix the prepared French fries evenly with the seasoned ingredients

5. Airfryer preheats to 180 degrees for about 5 minutes

6. Put it into the Airfryer's basket as flat as possible, and set the time 15-20 minutes (depending on the number of fries) until the fries turn golden brown. It will be better if you shake the fries several times during the process.
