Asparagus in Oyster Sauce with Ham

Wash the asparagus and cut off about 1/4 of the roots.

Cut off the skin at the root node.

Clean all the asparagus skins.

Tips:
1. Asparagus is easy to cook, do not cook for too long, usually 1-2 minutes.
