Asparagus in Umami Oil

Remove the old skin of the asparagus roots, cut the old stalks, wash and cut into long sections, boil them in boiling water, remove the water and set aside

Pour light soy sauce, sugar, salt and a little water into a pot to boil and pour on the asparagus

Sprinkle minced ginger and garlic on the asparagus, cook the cooking oil and sesame oil in a pot until 70% hot, then pour it on the minced ginger and garlic and finally sprinkle with red pepper
