Asparagus Stir-fried Pork
1.
Remove the old skin and cut the fresh asparagus into oblique sections. Wash and shred the black fungus.
2.
Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into thin slices, add soy sauce, a little salt, water starch, add an egg white, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
3.
Bring water to a boil, add a little salt, add fresh asparagus and cook to remove the green flavor, blanch for 1 minute to seven days when it is mature, remove and drain the water and set aside.
4.
Heat the wok to 50% heat and pour the oil, and fry the marinated meat slices over medium heat until the meat turns white. Wash the pan, then heat the pan with an appropriate amount of oil to heat up, saute the ginger, and stir-fry the meat slices. Add asparagus and black fungus, add salt, and fry until delicious.
5.
Out of the pan and into the pan.
Tips:
The whole dish should not be cooked too well. It is better to be refreshing and bright in color.
