Asparagus with Tofu Skin

1. Two eggs, fried into two omelets

2. Wash dry asparagus with cold water soaking hair

3. Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water, and blanch it with boiling water

4. Tear the asparagus into small quick pieces, and cut the tofu skin into small long strips

5. Half an onion, cut into sections

6. Cut the quiche into small long strips
