Very casual meals come out in one pot, you don't have a fixed dish, as long as you like it. The secret of success in making noodles is not to always turn the pot and not to mix the vegetables and the noodles prematurely.

Assorted Braised Noodles

1. Change the knife to the ingredients

2. Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the sausage.

3. Stir fry with green onion and ginger, add potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms.

4. Season with salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and boiled water. Simmer over medium heat.

5. Put a drawer in the stew pot, spread the noodles on the drawer, and cover the pot.

6. Simmer for about 8 minutes, turn the noodles over and continue to simmer.

7. When there is not much soup left in the pot, put the noodles on the dish and simmer for 5 minutes.

8. Turn the noodles over, put the choy sum and shallots on. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

9. Mix the noodles and vegetables well, cover the lid and simmer for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, add some chicken essence, mix well, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

10. Remove the lid, add minced garlic and mix well. For serving, add some vinegar and chili oil if you like.
