Assorted Pork Slices

The pork slices are added to starch for sizing.

Soak the fungus in advance.
3.
Cut the tofu into small pieces.
4.
Shred carrots and blanch them for later use.
5.
Tear the fresh mushrooms into small strips and blanch them in water.
6.
Put the oil in the frying pan and fry the tofu until golden.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan, saute the chopped green onions, add the pork slices and stir-fry until the color changes.

Pour in the cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar and stir fry evenly.
9.
Add tofu and continue to stir fry.
10.
Add fungus and fresh mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.
11.
Add carrot shreds.
12.
Add water starch, add chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
The fungus should be soaked in advance.
