Assorted Steamed Wontons

I use a bread machine to knead the noodles. You can also knead the noodles by hand. If you cook wontons, you can add a teaspoon of salt to the noodles to increase the toughness. If you steam wontons, the noodles can be softer.

When the noodles wake up, chop up the cabbage, add salt and marinate for a while.

Add all seasonings and green onion ginger to the meat filling.

Tips:
1. Add a little salt when making the dough, it will be more flexible.
2. The water content in the filling should not be too little, otherwise the meat will become firewood.
3. Pork filling is more delicious with corn kernels.
