Assorted Vegetables

Wash the fungus with soaking hair, blanch it with boiling water, remove it and let it cool (you can also use it directly after soaking and washing), shred the shallots and cucumber, and slice the tomatoes for later use

Tips:
The raw materials can be selected from fungus, green onions, taro knots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and all the vegetables or seafood you like. You can decide the amount of each raw material according to your own preferences.
