Bacon and Potato Braised Rice

Dice the bacon pork belly and fry in a hot pan to get the oil

Add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry, add diced potatoes and stir fry

Add soy sauce, salt (a little more, adding it to the rice later will make the rice more flavorful), a small amount of sugar and stir well

When the water in the rice cooker is 80% dry, pour in the potatoes and cook. After the rice cooker trips, stir the potatoes and rice thoroughly

Cover the lid and let it simmer for four or five minutes to serve the rice. Add chopped green onion and red pepper to garnish.
