Bacon Fried Rice

Green pepper, onion, diced sausage, green onion and garlic

Cut the bacon into strips and beat the eggs evenly

Heat the bacon in a pan, fry the oil and set aside

Take the bacon out of the oil, add the garnish to the bacon oil and stir fry

Stir fry with egg mixture

After taking out the vegetables, put a small piece of butter into the hot pan, and add the steamed white rice to fry evenly

Add the fried side dishes and bacon again, stir fry with the rice, add salt, dark soy sauce
8.
You can add chili sauce, or a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma red oil for freshness
9.
Stir-fry for about 15 minutes, out of the pan
Tips:
I personally like Laoganma's spicy oil to taste very good
