Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Wash the pork and drain the water

Cut the pork into long strips about 4 fingers wide. Add sugar and marinate until the sugar is completely melted. Turn it a few times in the middle.

Add Huadiao sprinkles, salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce in turn

Tips:
1. You must choose good ingredients to make char siu pork. If you can't buy this kind of meat, you can buy plum meat. If you can't buy these two kinds of meat, you can use pork belly, but the taste is slightly worse;
2. The baking time and temperature should be adjusted according to your own oven.
