Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Wash the pork, mix the barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar into the pork and marinate for 24 hours. Turn it over twice in the middle.

Put the pork on the grilling net, the oven is 220 degrees, and the upper and lower pipes in the hot air mode are heated for 45 minutes

The honey juice can be prepared after being put into the oven. I use a 1:1 ratio of maltose and warm water. I take it out and brush it every 10 minutes. Brush both sides. This is the first time to brush.

Tips:
1. When baking, put a baking tray and tin foil under the grilling net, otherwise it will be difficult to clean after baking
2. Brush once about 5 minutes before the end of the oven to ensure the gloss of the meat.
3. If there is no maltose at home, honey can be used instead, but the gloss of the meat is not so good.
