When working as a waiter at the roasting bar a few years ago, the barbecue chef cooked it for us as a midnight snack. After eating, I thought it was delicious in the world, and it is unforgettable to this day!

Bbq Buns

1. With proper amount of yeast powder, mix the noodles with warm water until it no longer sticks to the basin, cover with plastic wrap, let it rest for an hour, and then peel it with your hands to form a honeycomb shape.

2. Heat the pan with oil, then pour the beaten eggs into the pan. When the eggs are tender and smooth, use a spatula to break them. Then put it in the basin.

3. Put the chopped leeks in the egg bowl, and then add the condiments: chopped green onion, thirteen incense, light soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, pepper oil, and finally add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

4. Take out the dried dough and sprinkle it with flour to avoid sticking to the hands and the panel.

5. Divide the dough into small pieces of the right size and roll it out into a thin outer skin and a thick inner skin.

6. Put the mixed vegetables into the dough and squeeze it in a circular motion.

7. Put the wrapped buns in a steamer, and then steam for about 25 minutes, and then out of the pot.

8. Flatten the steamed bun as much as possible to increase its heating area, then brush both sides of the steamed bun with oil and put it in a preheated electric baking pan. When the two sides are yellow, sprinkle a little salt and pretzel on them. When the two sides are golden, Sprinkle with cumin and chili powder, then serve.

Tips:

After baking, cut in half so that it is easier to bite from the inside.
