Bean Drum Chicken

Chicken head and neck, cleaned up

Cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate for half an hour with seasonings (except light soy sauce and oyster sauce). Finely chop ginger and garlic, chop green onion and coriander into pieces, use original grains for bean drum

Heat in a pan, sauté the minced ginger garlic and the original bean drum

Pour the marinated chicken nuggets and fry them until golden brown

Add the right amount of oyster sauce and light soy sauce

Stir fry evenly

Tips:
The chicken should choose the fatter local chicken, not too much salt, because the bean drum and light soy sauce contain salt
