Beef Ball Soup with Small Green Vegetables
1.
Beef balls are frozen. You can take them out in advance and cook them for a while, or take them out and cook them for a while. It's okay. Pick out the small greens, clean and drain for later use!
2.
Wash the pot, put in a small pot of clean water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3.
After the water has boiled, add beef balls. Take the beef balls out of the vacuum package and rinse them with water.
4.
Cover the pot with a lid, medium and low heat, and continue to cook. About 5 minutes. I took it out from the frozen, and cooked it longer. Cooked.
5.
Add the small greens, stir with a spoon, and let the small greens dip into the soup.
6.
About 1 minute, the vegetables will become soft and ripe. Add half a tablespoon of salt to taste.
7.
Stir well and turn off the heat.
8.
Bowl.
9.
Drizzle a little linseed oil and stir well.
Tips:
1. The portion is small, so you don't need to add too much water.
2. Beef balls are more vigorous. Very resistant to cooking. It's okay to cook for a long time.
3. You can cut the small greens if you think it is too long.
