Beef Balls in Claypot with Hericium

Soak the Hericium erinaceus in cold water, change the water in due course, and squeeze out the water inhaled by the Hericium erinaceus when changing the water.

Tips:
1. Hericium erinaceus should be washed repeatedly to remove the bitter taste.
