Beef for Two

Soak and wash the beef that you bought home.

Cut into large pieces. Add green onion and ginger to a pot and blanch under cold water.

After blanching, rinse, add water again, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for one hour.

I took the spices only after putting the meat.

The meat should be cooked slowly, not in a hurry.

For the cooked meat, slice the beef on a plate, top with chili oil, and serve. Chili oil needs to be added with light soy sauce, chopped green onion and salt to adjust the taste. (Some pictures of this dish are missing. Guan Jian is the part of boiled beef. After cooking, you can adjust the taste at will. They are all delicious.) This is beef soup, which is also great.
Tips:
Beef must be cleaned of blood and cooked until it is well cooked but not the kind that is rotten and tasteless.
