Beef Noodles with Bamboo Shoots and Pickled Cabbage

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Cut the beef into pellets, add appropriate amount of starch and sesame oil, and mix well; cut bamboo shoots into small circles, cut the onion and leaves well and separate them.

Boil the rice noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove them and soak them in cold water for later use.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add the beef and stir fry quickly to change the color and cut off raw.

Add 1 tablespoon of bean paste and stir fry until it is fragrant.
