Beef Stew with Potatoes

Cut beef.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and add chopped green onion until fragrant.

Add the beef and stir fry.

Add potatoes and stir well.

Add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, minced garlic and stir-fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, and the potatoes are ready.
8.
Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
