Beef Tofu

Wash beef and chop into minced meat. Dice tofu.

Set aside chopped green onion (mix the kelp shreds and leave a little bit).

Garlic and set aside (mix the kelp shreds and leave a little bit).

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pesto garlic.

Add minced beef and stir fry until white, then add tofu and stir fry. (The fire is too big, it's too late to make two steps)

Add a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma and stir fry.
7.
Add half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of monosodium glutamate, a spoon of soy sauce, a spoon of chili oil, add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook.
8.
When the water is ready to dry, sprinkle chopped green onion.
