Beer Konjac Duck

Cut the konjac into sections, add ginger, garlic, green onion, salt, and duck meat to the pot in clean water. After the blanching is complete, cool in cold water.

Drain the oil in a frying pan and fry until golden and discolored.

Add salt and vinegar to the water, pour into the konjac section and cook.

Pour the duck meat, stir fry, pour the konjac section, add spices, pour beer, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce and stir-fry well, and out of the pan.
