I have always liked bibimbap and made this at home on weekends. It was delicious. The method is also simple, just stir fry your favorite vegetables, heat the casserole, spread the oil, and mix with the rice and vegetables.

Bibimbap

1. Shred the vegetables, I used shallots, black bean sprouts, carrots, olive vegetables

2. Put about 5 grams of sesame oil in the pot, add olive vegetables, add a little salt, and fry until cooked

3. The same fried shallots

4. Stir-fried black bean sprouts

5. Stir-fry shredded pork with green onions

6. Super good shredded carrot

7. Booze an egg and smash it, fry it into an omelet and shred it

8. Spread oil in the stone pot, spread rice, put it on the fire and heat for about 5 minutes

9. Put the fried vegetables on top of the rice while heating

10. Put the cut single-faced egg, add Korean-style bibimbap sauce, move the stone pot to the bottom and start eating

Tips:

The stone pot needs to be greased and then heated with rice, there will be a fragrant rice crust.
