Biscuits with Barbecue
1.
Mix the flour with water, salt, and yeast, knead until a smooth and elastic dough, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and ferment for half an hour in a warm place
2.
Wash chicken breasts and cut into strips
3.
Shred green onion, mince ginger, add chicken breast, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, cooking wine, salt, cornstarch, sesame oil, green onion, and minced ginger to the plate. Grab it by hand and marinate for more than 20 minutes
4.
Put some oil on the kneading pad, take out the fermented dough and roll it into a rectangular shape. Brush the surface with oil, sprinkle with pepper powder evenly, and then roll it up to make it firm.
5.
Cut into 6 portions, pinch both ends of each portion tightly, stand up and press flat
6.
Roll out the surface of the dough about 10 cm in diameter, brush the honey water and let it stand for 10 minutes
7.
Preheat the electric baking pan up and down, brush the upper and lower plates with a layer of oil, put the biscuits in, cover, and bake for about 5 minutes
8.
Open the lid and both sides are golden
9.
Turn off the electric baking pan and heat up, use the lower heat, add a little oil to the bottom of the pan, pour in the marinated chicken breast, stir fry until the meat changes color, turn off the lower heat, throw in the coriander leaves, and cook the coriander after the heat
10.
Cut the biscuits horizontally, don't cut them thoroughly, just insert the fried shredded pork and it is OK!
