Beef has high protein content and low fat content and is delicious. Beef is high in protein, low in fat, rich in a variety of amino acids and mineral elements, and has the characteristics of high digestion and absorption rate. Learn to cook Junzhi's biscuits with roast beef, it's really delicious! The electric baking pan used throughout the process is also very convenient!

Biscuits with Beef

1. Put the medium powder, water, salt and yeast into the mixing bucket

2. After mixing into a smooth dough, put it in a warm place for 30 minutes

3. When the dough is proofed, you can marinate the beef. Cut the beef into thin slices, ready-made beef rolls for my lazy recipe. Add soy sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, sesame oil, cooking wine, salt, corn flour, chopped ginger and other seasonings to the beef.

4. Take the white onion and cut into slices, add to the mixed beef, grab it again, and let the beef stand for more than 20 minutes

5. After the dough is proofed, it will become larger than before

6. Flatten the proofed dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to form a rectangular dough

7. Spread a layer of salad oil on the surface of the dough, and then evenly spread the salt and pepper powder, the original is pepper powder

8. Roll up the dough from one end to the other, paying attention to it tightly

9. Then evenly cut into 4 small doses

10. Pinch the two ends of the small dose

11. Stand the small doses on the table, squeeze them, and then use a rolling pin to roll them out into a circle with a diameter of 10-11cm, and all the small doses will be done in turn

12. Brush a layer of honey water on the surface of the dough (5g honey + 5g water and mix thoroughly)

13. Pick up the noodles and press the honey watered side on the sesame seeds, so that the noodles are covered with sesame seeds

14. After dipping all the sesame seeds, let the dough sit for 10 minutes

15. Preheat the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan, brush a layer of salad oil on both the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan, put the finished dough into the electric baking pan, cover, low heat, and bake for 4-5 minutes

16. The baked biscuits are fully developed and the surface becomes golden yellow, and then you can take it out

17. Flatten the electric baking pan at 180°C. Turn off the heating of the upper plate and use only the lower plate. Pour some salad oil in the lower plate. After the oil is heated, pour the marinated beef in

18. Continue to stir fry until the meat is completely discolored, then continue to stir fry for 1-2 minutes

19. Then turn off the heat and add the coriander, continue to stir fry evenly, the remaining temperature will make the coriander ripe

20. Put the grilled meat on a plate, cut the biscuits crosswise (but don’t cut them)

21. Fill the roasted meat in the biscuits and eat it

Tips:

Choose beef parts suitable for grilling and rinsing. For example, eye meat or upper brain can be used. Don't choose sirloin, which can’t bite. I use ready-made beef rolls for my lazy practice. The amount of this recipe is only 4, adjust according to the situation by yourself
